In recent news, our youth have been violently attacked or are violently attacking one another. How much of the responsibility belongs to the parent. It is the responsibility of the parent to know the whereabouts of their children. If parents were held accountable for the heinous actions of their children, do you think different behaviors would be exibited in parenting?
